The EGM T20 is specifically designed for high viscosity epoxy resins, delivering outstanding performance where precision and reliability are essential. The D2000 dosing system uses two follower-plate pumps to feed the components into the dosing unit, where they are metered according to the selected mixing ratio. The materials are then mixed in a disposable static mixer, mounted directly on the application gun. Due to the mixer’s location the amount of leftover mixed material is kept to a minimum. The D2000 accurate dosing ensures a precise mixing and reduce material waste.
By using a disposable mixer no solvent is needed for cleaning. After finishing operation, simply disconnect the used mixer and replace it with a new one and the machine ready for the next application.
