Barkvall 3200 is a manual machine system for pumping, dosing and dispensing 2-component adhesives such as Polyurethane, Epoxy and MS Polymer. The system is designed for sandwich panel production, commonly used when producing truck bodies, caravans and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), where an even and accurate adhesive spreading is required. Barkvall 3200 helps to refine the quality of the final product, reduce material waste and improve the working environment for the operator.

DOUBLE-ACTING DOSING

The metering unit in Barkvall 3200 is comprised of two linked displacement pistons. The mixing ratio between base and hardener is fixed and can be customized with different piston sizes. The system is double acting giving an even and continuous material flow and component are dosed under pressure to eliminate air entrapment and provide perfect mixing ratio.

DISPOSABLE OR REUSABLE DISPENSING UNIT

With Barkvall 3200 it’s possible to choose between a disposable or a reusable dispensing unit.

Mixer and spreader is disposable and can be thrown after use. No need to flush the system with solvent after use. Possible to use an extention pipe (different lenghts availible).

STAINLESS STEEL CONFIGURATION

System 3200 SS is a stainless steel configuration that can operate with aggressive materials where other machine systems fail. It is designed for measuring, mixing and dispensing two component materials such as carbamide, resorcinol, melamine, resins and PEI adhesives for applications within the wood industry.
