The Scanrex 1K GMM is the perfect solution for precise dispensing of high viscosity one component materials such as silicone, epoxy, polyurethane and MS Polymer.

The system can be configured to suit a wide range of applications such as CIPG (cured in place gasket), bonding and sealing where high accuracy and efficiency is required. The Scanrex 1K GMM is designed to be integrated into a larger system and can handle flow rates from 5ml/minute up to 2000ml/minute at continuous flow.

Servo-driven gear metering pump

The system is based on a servo-driven gear metering pump where the size of motor and pump enables that the system can be configured for different applications. The servo-driven system ensures highly accurate control over the dispensing.

Advanced alarm handling

Ensure safety and reliability with extensive alarm control, including visual warnings and system stops for critical limits. Pressure sensors and torque limitation for motors are standard.

Versatile dispensing system

The system offers two different driving modes: continuous flow and shot dispensing.

CONTINIOUS FLOW
Set the flow rate in ml/s. Start and stop the flow using the trigger, foot pedal, an external signal or control station.

SHOT DISPENSING
Set the flow rate and shot size. Dispensing begins with the trigger, foot pedal, or an external signal and stops automatically when the selected shot volume is reached. The operators can seamlessly switch between the two driving modes as needed.

Pump solutions for different material containers

The material is fed with the SCANREX HVP-series, designed for pumping high viscosity material. The material is pumped directly from the original container, whether it’s a 310ml cartridge, 20L bucket or 200L drum.
