FUNCTION

Barkvall 3200 is designed for measuring, mixing and dispensing of low, medium and high viscosity two component adhesives and resins. Compatible with a wide spread of materials such as epoxy, polyurethane and silicone, system 3200 is the perfect choice for use in industrial applications such as sandwich panel manufacturing, electronic casting and sealing.

Barkvall 3200 improves the quality of the final product. It simplifies production, the handling of adhesive/curing agents and improves the working environment. The system automatically measures the adhesive components and ensures an accurate and homogeneous mixture. Components are dosed under pressure to eliminate air entrapment and provide perfect mixing ratios.

The complete Barkvall 3200 includes hoses, mixer gun with static mixer, nozzle and spreaders with a variety of designs to fit any kind of production. The machine can be assembled with an automatic electronic shot system with a precision handling program if desired. Barkvall 3200 is ideal for precision adhesive dispensing in production of electronic equipment, wide string spreading onto sandwich panel elements and for sealant applications. The metering unit in Barkvall 3200 is comprised of two linked displacement pistons. The mixing ratio between base and hardener is fixed and can be customized with different piston sizes. The system is double acting giving an even and continuous material flow. The mixing gun is drip free and can be supplied with a handle, foot control or photo sensor control to be either hand held or mounted onto any kind of applying system.

Barkvall 3200 SS is a stainless steel configuration that can operate with agressive materials where other machine systems fail. It is designed for measuring, mixing and dispensing two component materials such as carbamide, resorcinol, melamine, resins and PEI adhesives for applications within the wood industry.
